If your electrical service requests include repair, we can troubleshoot and fix just about any electric-related issue for your home or business. As we are electrical contractors, this includes repairs to panels, light fixtures, sockets, outlets, breakers, smoke detectors and the like. While it's our goal to help you, we do not repair appliances or similar types of products themselves. We recommend contacting that brand's customer service if you are having issues with a specific household product or appliance.

Yes we do! Our guarantee is good for one year, as long as no one else has touched the electrical after we finish your project. So, if we complete a project for you, but you hire another electrician afterwards, our guarantee is void.
However, if we finish an electrical project for you, and no other electrician has been hired, but it's determined we've made an error on the electrical, it is our responsibility to come back to fix that for you at no extra charge. Simply call us and let us know the issue and we will schedule a time to fix it.
Some of our customers like to provide their own materials, such as wire and piping, but if they do, we can no longer guarantee our work, or that the right materials were supplied.

This is where things get a little less cut and dry with the guarantee. In a word, the answer is no. It does not apply to troubleshooting jobs. This is because due to the nature of troubleshooting, an electrician can't be certain of a solution until we try it and measure the results. In most cases, troubleshooting an issue can be totally resolved within one visit. However, sometimes the issue is more complex. We try a solution and have to wait and see if that did the trick. If it didn't, we try the next option and see if that works, until we narrow it down to the root cause for us to resolve. In those cases if we have to come back multiple times until it is fixed, we have to charge for each of those visits.
No items are returnable if we pick them up for you, unless it's a small switch plate or outlet or a material we discover isn't the right material for the job. To clarify, if we choose a dimmer switch for your lights and it doesn't work, it is our responsibility to troubleshoot the issue and replace that item at no extra cost to fix the error. We do not provide refunds on labor/service performed and we do not provide refunds on non-returnable products. Non returnable products often include non stocked items, cut wire, security cameras past their returnable date, or other large items past their returnable date.
We recommend picking up your own lighting fixtures and fans and allowing us to install them for you, so you can choose exactly what you like. We still guarantee our work with the electrical installation itself. So if we install your pendant light or smoke detector, but it doesn't work due to our faulty electrical wiring, we will come back to fix it for you at no additional cost.
This can get tricky, since as electricians, we are also working with sometimes elusive internet connections in these cases! We install wired and wireless smart doorbells, wireless and wired smart security cameras, smart thermostats and other such smart home systems.
We are not responsible for systems not working due to poor internet connection since that is a different field of expertise and outside of an electrician's scope of work. The homeowner is responsible for ensuring they have enough bandwidth for their internet to support connecting and programing these devices over wifi. We encourage customers to contact their internet provider to double check.
On this note, many of these smart home wireless products have various subscription options. Some include free service, while others require monthly subscription services. This is also the customer's responsibility to research the various options among the different brands and choose the best fit for their needs. Doing so will better ensure everyone is happy with the end result and on the same page!
