We understand in today's modern age, credit card payments are the norm. In this case, we use secure payment processor, Stripe, to send you an invoice via email. From there, you can easily pay your electrical service invoice right away.
We also offer financing through Synchony. You can either sign up with no interest over six months, or set up a fixed payment plan so your interest rate remains fairly low.
There is only a small fee if you are paying by card. This fee is a 2.9% processing fee that will be added to your bill. We will always remind you of this so there are no surprises. We use secure payment processor, Stripe, and this 2.9% covers their processing charge. To avoid this fee, you can simply pay by check or cash.
For most electrical projects, payment is due the same day that work is completed.
For larger electrical projects exceeding a certain amount, we require 1/3 of the total as a down payment up front, then the remaining total due when the project is complete. These types of projects tend to be for electrical service upgrades.
However, we are happy to be flexible when there are unusual circumstances and when those details are arranged with us. For example, if you're a landlord who lives out of town and having electrical work done at a local property for your resident, we can arrange to accept a check by mail, pick up a check, or accept a payment with electronic invoice the same day.
For larger commercial properties, we understand sometimes there are more procedures and corporate officials to go through, so we are flexible within reason to work with your company's payout cycles.
